Downtown Springdale Hosts the next LIVE! At Turnbow Concert on Thursday, August 25
Springdale, AR – The Downtown Springdale Alliance hosts its next outdoor concert, LIVE! at Turnbow, on Thursday, August 25. This time Downtown Springdale Alliance and The House of Songs are collaborating to present two musical performances.
The opening act features Duo Divinas, a local Latinx singer-songwriter duo known for their Bachata-style music and cultural fusions. The headliner is The Irie Lions, an original 6-piece reggae band from Fayetteville. The free outdoor concert takes place at Turnbow Park and inside the Outdoor Dining District. Music begins at 6:30PM.
In addition to the live music, the community will have a chance to get their hands “chalky.” A Chalk Art Workshop hosted by AIGA NWA will take place from 5:00-8:00PM in Shiloh Square. Open to all AIGA members and the public. Participants will get guidance throughout the workshop on chalking techniques. LIVE! at Turnbow is always pup friendly. Bring your furry friends and stop by the Best Friends Animal Society table. Best Friends is the leading national animal welfare organization dedicated to ending the killing of cats and dogs in America's shelters by 2025. Best Friends runs a Lifesaving Center, leads the NWA PAW coalition & is opening a Pet Resource Center in Bentonville later this year.
LIVE! at Turnbow takes place on the last Thursday of the month through October. In the event of inclement weather all postponed concerts will be rescheduled to the following Sunday at 6:30PM.

October 27 – City Sessions Presents Proyecto Tumbado and John Mailander’s Forecast ft. Lindsay Lou
