Downtown Springdale Hosts LIVE! At Turnbow Concert on Thursday, June 29 at 7:30PM
Duo Divinas Opens for Headliner Ensemble Ibérica, Presented by House of Songs
Springdale, AR – The Downtown Springdale Alliance hosts another outdoor concert in its LIVE! at Turnbow season featuring local musicians through September. This Thursday’s LIVE! at Turnbow concert starts at 7:30PM with opening act Duo Divinas and headliner Ensemble Ibérica, Presented by House of Songs.
Duo Divinas are Latin artists, Arkansas-based and singer-songwriters in the Bachata genre and other cultural fusions. Duo Divinas is best known for its community support and energetic live shows with magical harmonies.
Led by artistic director and prodigious musician Beau Bledsoe — whose musical focus runs the gamut from Spanish flamenco and Portuguese fado to Turkish oud and classic country — Ensemble Ibérica offers a comprehensive view of music history through the lens of the Iberian diaspora. The ensemble leans heavily on the classical and folkloric traditions of Spain, Portugal, Mexico and Central America. Ensemble Ibérica is presented by House of Songs.
The free outdoor concerts take place at Turnbow Park on the last Thursday of the month through September. Many of the downtown businesses will be staying open late for the concert and offering concert specials for VIP pass holders. VIP passes are available for purchase at the concert for $25.
LIVE! at Turnbow is hosted by the Downtown Springdale Alliance and presented by the Tyson Family Foundation. The concert series is supported by dozens of local businesses that are invested in the growth of Downtown Springdale.
The Community Sponsors include: Arvest Bank, Blue Crane, Brad and Allie Fortenberry, Cram-A-Lot, Interform, Jones Center, KNWA, Legacy National Bank, McLarty Daniel, Milestone Construction, Northwest Health, Springdale Chamber of Commerce, Springdale Parks & Recreation, Taquería Don Güero and Tyson Foods.
