Ozarktober Fest | Celebrating the Ozarks

Join us for Ozarktober Fest—a community-wide celebration of fall and the Ozarks hosted by Downtown Springdale! In its second year, Ozarktober Fest is a four-day event series that this year will begin on Thursday, October 25, with a Farm to Train Dinner at the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad. The Ozarktober Fest Fall Fling Bonfire is the next day, Friday, October 26, at the Rodeo of the Ozarks grounds, and Springdale Halloween Fest, a festive family celebration and costume parade follows on Saturday, October 27, at Shiloh Square. Ozarktober Fest will conclude on Sunday, October 28, with Brews & Tunes - Beer & Music Festival at the idyllic setting of the Magnolia Gardens property.

Ozarktober Fest Farm to Train Dinner Excursion


Board one of three first-class Arkansas & Missouri Railroad dining cars at the Downtown Springdale depot and experience a delicious, multicourse meal while taking in the views on a relaxing ride. The evening’s menu features seasonal foods and beverages grown, prepared, or brewed in Northwest Arkansas.

Ozarktober Fest Fall Fling Bonfire


Lifelong memories are often made around a fire with family and friends — old and new. Come be part of our first-ever Downtown Springdale community-wide bonfire party at the Rodeo of the Ozarks grounds. The evening will be filled with live music, food, hayrides, and plenty of fall fun for everyone! Many activities will be free.

Treats at the Train Family Carnival


Treats at the Train Family Carnival is an event hosted at the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad by House of Hope Rescue Mission. According to House of Hope, Treats at the Train is a safe place for families to come Trick-or-Treat on the train, enjoy carnival games and live music, and have lots of fun. Proceeds benefit the House of Hope Rescue Mission to feed the hungry and help the homeless of Northwest Arkansas.

“Dracula”


The radio play “Dracula," presented by Northwest Arkansas Audio Theater, will be on stage at the Arts Center of the Ozarks Saturday, October 27, and Sunday, October 28. Watch as eight actors and Foley artists take to the stage to re-create a 1940s radio broadcast of this Gothic classic. It features live sound effects, music, and a range of talented voice artists. It's written by Philip Grecian and based on the novel by Bram Stoker.

Ozarktober Fest Brews & Tunes


Ozarktober Fest will conclude with Brews & Tunes - Beer & Music Festival. Magnolia Gardens provides a lush and beautiful setting for an afternoon of free, regional music — alongside a beer- and cider-tasting experience featuring our wonderful local brewers. Ticket price includes commemorative beer stein for first 200 ticket-buyers, and there will be food available for purchase from Local Motiv, Andouille, and Big Squeeze Lemonade, in addition to an ice cream float station provided by The Odd Soul soda fountain and Pure Joy Ice cream.
