Downtown Springdale Alliance Hosts Christmas on the Creek, A Family-Friendly Holiday Tradition.
Springdale, AR – Downtown Springdale Alliance is hosting Christmas on the Creek on Saturday, November 27th from 12PM-8PM.
Christmas on the Creek is a holiday tradition in downtown Springdale with food, live music, a holiday market, a hot cocoa crawl, local art, pictures with Santa, a Cycling Santas bike ride & the lighting of the tallest live Christmas tree in Northwest Arkansas. The festivities culminate with a spectacular Christmas parade hosted by the Rodeo of the Ozarks.
The streets of downtown will also be lined with Christmas trees decorated by the community in the Parade of Trees.
The festivities take place throughout the downtown along Emma Avenue, Shiloh Square and Turnbow Park and within the Downtown Outdoor Dining District where people can enjoy the festive mood and lights while grabbing a bite to eat and drink.
“The holiday cheer will be bountiful with all that is planned for this year's Christmas on the Creek,” says Jill Dabbs, Executive Director, Downtown Springdale. “This is a perfect outing for the whole family after Thanksgiving or plan your Friendsgiving to be in downtown Springdale.”
Christmas on the Creek is made possible thanks to a variety of local organizations, including Tyson Foods, the Tyson Family Foundation, FlintCo, OzarksGo, Northwest Health, Arvest, First Security, Milestone Construction, Lundstrum Family Foundation, Multicraft Contractors, Engel & Volkers and the Parade of Tree sponsors
